Apparently there was a customer satisfaction program 16b23 letter to fix it free of charge from ford. And I never received the letter and they won't honor the letter now because it expired 9/30/17. Convenient of Ford no doubt. I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get this covered. Shouldn't be my fault I never received the letter. any help any one could be would be great. They have started a case but no doubt it won't get covered. I don't have the ability to have it fixed.
