When you turn the key over to start the car, the engine keeps cranking even after it starts. My technicians replaced the starter and clutch, thinking that would take care of the problem, but it didn't. I took it back in for a 3rd and 4th time to be told they couldn't find anything wrong. Then I took it in a 5th time and they said it was probably due to the "add-on security" that the company we bought it from added ... so they removed it, no luck.

The 6th time I brought the car in, they said that the Ford technician had to try and start it several times to get it to act up. Now I have been sent home again, and instructed to video tape every time I start my car to see if I can catch it the problem on video.

This I am beginning to think should fall under the Lemon law. So sick of the run around. And the possible hazard it may cause.

Ford can not repeat problem at their shop so its not real. When the car keeps cranking after it already has started will eventualy end up causing a severe failure and hurt somebody. Days in the shop and it doesnt repeat for them. Back to the shop for their review and they are removing my remote start. If this wont solve then I am saying the lemon law is in place. This scares the hell out of my family and wife. It is now documented if I am the victim. I have been on line and now know that I am not just imagining this, there are many others with same issue and worse.
