I took this to the dealer Downs Ford in Toms River, They looked at it, took pictures, and told me they would look into it. They later told me it wasn't a warranty item. I freaked and said how do you sell a $31,000 car with a convertible roof that isn't warrantied. I could see if a branch went thru it or it was cut by someone but this is just sh*tty material. Their CSM called me, I sent her pictures and she called me back and said they won't replace or repair it. I can't seem to get anywhere with these people. .Ford is HORRIBLE I argued to no avail. This car is less than three years old.. I had a 2001 Jeep in 2010 with the original soft top and it wasn't ripped at all.
