The contact owns a 2013 Ford Mustang. While driving approximately 35 mph, the clutch prevented the vehicle from accelerating. After the contact shifted into gear and released the clutch, the vehicle continued to idle. The failure occurred multiple times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing, but the results were unknown. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 18,000.
