Mustang GT500 5.8L V8

I started hearing a clunking sound when shifting the manual transmission. I took the car to the deal and Ford had them replace the slave cylinder and hydraulic clutch. I still hear the clunking sound coming from the transmission. I will be taking the car back to see if they can fix the issue.
