ARE YOU KIDDING ME FORD!! First your customer service is AWFUL you should fire them all and move it somewhere else! Transferred to a supervisor treated me poorly and said NO without listening we stand behind our dealers! I NEVER went to the dealer yet! What an jerk!
Paint is peeling off a car and bubbling over the light on the hood! KNOWN problem! I am NOT GOING AWAY. I will post pics on every website going and go to every CAR SHOW and show them WHY NOT TO BUY THIS CAR!
35,000 for a four year old garaged car that needs body work! SHAME ON YOU!

I have been buying Fords for over 45 years, both business and personal. I have purchased over 15 new Fords and a few certified. I put 1 complaint in about the paint and they want me to pay the body shop to touch it up, when they know there is a problem. I want to buy a van for work and a Expedition for personal use, but have now started looking into other manufacturers. MAN-ufacter UP!

I bought this car new & had it delivered to me. It suffered road debris damage (gravel on the freeway) that caused severe paint chipping on both sides of the car as well as the front. My insurance paid to have it repainted considering the amount of chipped paint along with other damages. In the process of sanding, the body shop noticed it had been painted twice in which it was not prepared correctly for the second application of paint resulting in the second coat not adhering to the first. The second coat can be chipped away from the first just by using a knife or razor.
My car has been sitting in a body shop since Sept 9, 2017 & now it's Dec 1, 2017. Ford finally sent reps to look at it a week ago and they agreed it had been painted twice & the Mil gauge reading that are suppose to be around 4 to 6 are too high 12. Still Ford is saying it's not a warranty issue & I am still without a car.
Between the out-of-pocket expenses, loss of use, diminution in value and the fact that they obviously just do not care, I am extending my complaints to see if there is anyone else experiencing this issue.

The fact that Ford has been aware of this paint oxidation and delamination defects since 2010 and has NOT fixed the problem is very disappointing - my first & last Ford.
I purchased my NEW 2015 Ford GT Premium with 50 Year Anniversary Appearance Package for $47K and in just 2 1/2 years I now have paint corrosion issues - not acceptable!

I bought my Mustang in March 0f 2015. I love the car and take great care of it. I keep it in the garage and drive it on the week ends and wax it often because it is black. If you have owned a black car in your life time you know what I talking about and I also bought a custom car cover for it to keep the dust off of it. To make a long story short my Mustang premium 5.0 and 40,000.00 dollars later it only has 24000 miles on it and has bubbling paint and rust on the hood. As you know and the whole world knows and Ford knows all about the rust sense 2001 and they refuse to do any thing about it. If you are reading this there is a class action lawsuit against Ford about these issues on three of there vehicles and refuse to fix the problem.
