panels not lined up

Ford changed the clip on the top that keeps it in place and hooked to a thin clip according to two Ford Body shops and they break and the Bumper can only be replaced and according to the body shops. It is really bad on all the Explorer models. My car is garaged and kept in immaculate condition. Never driven in the rain and I show the car on weekends so this is irritating as hell. Just waxed it again today.
