The car has been great for 15 months. I purchased it new and have enjoyed the car. Last week after washing the car, I opened the passenger door and was shocked to see both front and back floor wells almost filled with water. The car is parked outside and we had a lot of rain the night before. It has been at the dealer for a week now and they cannot solve the problem. They know it's leaking but cannot find out from where. Dealer is talking of sending it to an outside convertible top installer to see if they can fix it.

While I was driving I noticed that my AC was no longer shooting cold air out of the vents and the engine started making funny noises.
I got home and popped the hood and noticed that the belt to the ac had destroyed itself and now the engine was making an odd noise.
Took the car in today to see what Ford says.

I've taken my new red convertible Ford Mustang 2015 to the Ford Service Center 3 times because of a leak on the passenger side. It was not fixed the first or second time and this third time it was taken to the body shop for 3 days. I am completely annoyed and disappointed since, ironically, I changed my old car for this new from the factory car because it was leaking on the passenger side. I was told it was a pin leak on the passenger apex pillar and that the weather stripping was removed and the frame was checked as well as the window. I love my car but I don't love all the water coming in or the fact that I've had to take a brand new car to get serviced 3 times and I've only had it for less than 4 months. Not only that but the value goes down on the vehicle. This car was super pricey and a splurge for us and its been nothing but a headache. I live in Florida and it rains here all the damn time making the problem a lot worse. I had to ride around with a cloth collecting water on my brand new car because they didn't have the correct part the first time and it took months to get it. SO disappointed in this car, I probably would not buy another Ford again.

After only owning this car for a few months moved from Texas to NC where it actually rains every once in a while, and come to found out that it also rained inside the trunk of my car. After leaving the car in the dealer for a whole week it was fixed but fixed in a way that you can tell it wasn't done professionally. It was a leak in one of the weld points on the upper deck of the trunk. The dealer had a 3rd party remove the rear window and used JBweld to seal the faulty weld point and called it a day. It looks Like I fixed it instead of the dealer. The water did stop coming inside the car but it looks awful when you open the trunk.

The odor is truly annoying. It is also annoying to have any items placed on the floor to be soaking wet... now I have to wait to see if the warranty will pay for replace carpet, etc.
