The contact owns a 2015 Ford Mustang. While operating the vehicle, the brake lights remained illuminated. The contact also indicated that the failure was present when the vehicle was turned off. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (mullinax Ford of palm beach, 1210 northlake blvd, lake park, fl) where it was diagnosed that the brake pedal assembly was faulty and needed to be replaced. The brake pedal assembly was replaced and the failure was remedied. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 22,943.
