Mustang GT. Premium 5.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 2,000 miles

This problem occurred a month after taking delivery. It has been to the dealer three times with no results.

The problem is while driving the traction control and steering assist lights come on screen and you have no traction. Ford engineers have tried to repair by replacing ABS. ecu. And steering control module. None have worked. The car has been at the dealer for a total of 43 Days. I've already made two payments on a car I cannot drive and the dealer cannot fix. The traction control light came on one day while driving on ice slushy roads leaving me without the proper traction. I am very, very frustrated after having putting 15k down and I can't drive it. The dealer did give me Loaner. A 2014. 6 cylinder. I am currently working with Ford customer service and calling everyone I can at Ford.

I hope a CEO sees this. I'm very disappointed. I chose your company. I chose your car and put down my hard earned money and this is what I get? I do not want this car back! I want another.
