Mustang GT 5.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 11,000 miles

My 2016 Mustang GT window will stop working on it own. It won't go down or up. I have taken it to the dealership 3 times for the same problem and within 2 days it will stop again. A new motor, new modulator, all have been added and program. The same problem keeps happening again and again. I think it's time to trade it. Any suggestions?

Mustang GT 5.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 24,000 miles

When I put the top up, the passenger side rear window does not go up all the way, leaving a gap of about 1". I am able to pull the rest of the way up. When the top is down, all of the windows work fine which leads me to believe that the window is hitting against the weather stripping. I plan on bringing it to a dealer shortly and will update this post once the problem is resolved.

I noticed the passenger side rear window does not close completely. I found out when my person sitting in the passenger seat said the he could hear noise coming from the back window. at closer inspection there is a gap.
