When brought to the attention of the dealer (Mahwah Ford, Mahwah, NJ) I was told that "they are all like that". Escalated to zone manager who agreed with me but could not get approval to fix it. Sent to Ford customer service who upon follow-up said "can't tell you if the customer service manager received your letter and he may or may not respond to it. WOW!
Sent to Ford CEO's office who refused to do anything.
Sent to NJ Attorney Generals office and am awaiting reply.
Next will send to Better Business Bureau and many more consumer protection sites.
