Mustang Eco Boost Premium

This is a BRAND new 2020 Mustang. This is drove in the same areas regularly, so it is not like it was brought somewhere new for the problem to happen. All of a sudden, on the same road it is drove on many times before (and NOTHING was hit, nothing was ran over, no curbs nothing like that) something has now popped up and hit a hole in the transmission pan or cracked it. The car is far too low to tell for sure until it is lifted up. They are probably not going to warranty this part and claim it is driver neglect damage.

But how can you have driver damage on something if you could have been driving ANYWHERE and something pop up and apparently pierce a hole in something that is apparently far too unprotected (after looking the best under the car this part was pierced not directly underneath which would be apparent if you drove over something but something up even higher up like it was thrown up - unless it is found to be an actual problem with the pan - but again wouldn't you have to RUN something over to do this?).

This car doesn't even have that many miles on. They can't seem to find a transmission pan also, they wont give out a car rental but you know what happened to the 36000 mile BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty? Oh you know if you want to keep your customers happy with your car you would want to fix this stupid transmission pan on something WE JUST PURCHASED. It had a hole knocked in it ON A DRIVE WAY. Again NOTHING was hit, nothing was ran over, NOTHING. There are no skid marks, there is nothing in the driveway (4 different people walked the drive way, we looked at every possible thing).

If you are going to release a vehicle you should already A) have parts for it and B) HONOR an actual bumper to bumper warranty. Don't find your loopholes, your bologna excuses not to cover a car that should be COVERED if you want to keep your customers and KEEP them HAPPY.

I am BEYOND livid with this brand new car, and since this is not the first brand new car to have issues with HARDLY ANY MILES, Ford is losing a customer and I have always been a customer. They better hope they can find a transmission pan and get this done quickly, without trying to think they are going to throw one over on us. I tried to look up some prices so I know if they go excessive on the prices that they are already going to be liars, and they won't have to worry because they can take the car and shove it right where it belongs.
