I was driving on the highway went to adjust my rearview mirror and my mirror just snapped from the windshield and broke off from the windshield also breaking the windshield as well took it to the ford dealership the car is just only 5k miles they wouldn-??t even cover it said it was -??excessive force-?? multiple people with the same vehicle had the same issue and they don-??t want to cover it it-??s $1000 to replace the windshield or you rearview mirror is just broke and the windshield is just cracked

Cold weather. Warmed up the car for 10 minutes. all defoger for rear glass and winshield were used. There is accessive condenced water all over inside front and back window. started driving and used the wiper to clean the windshield and found out water is on the inside made the visability hard. Another issue with the Camera Visibility issue is daily in cold weather where the glass in front of the camera gets foggy and there is no way to clean as it foggs up inside the winshield and camera housing makes the auto break system not working. After the snow there is a sound of a water puddle some whereon the right side on the car.
