I had to research and tell the service advisor what was wrong and how it needed fixed. After finally listening to me after a week of the dealership having my car he passed the info to the EV tech who had finally got in touch with Ford. I'm obviously a dumb girl and have no idea what I'm talking about but wouldn't you know IT WAS the gateway module that needed replaced just like my two texts and two verbal communications said it was. The part was suppose to be in on 7/22/26 but just came in today 7/24/26so they will work on it on Monday. It will be a full 3 weeks come Wednesday (today is Friday) without my car. Had he listened to me from the jump it could have been taken care of sooner. So annoying!!!! Oh AND I made the service appointment 10 days in advance and provided all the information. Grrrr
