Pedal will stick in open position when letting up on pedal. Brakes will not slow down car until after 25 seconds of applying brakes hard. This occurs at various speeds and the problem cannot be duplicated by Ford dealer techs. It has happened 4 times in the last 6 months.twice, morries Ford has been unable to find the problem.
