This truck is running terrible. I can go about a half block when the engine tries to stall. If I hold the peddle steady is will hesitate and then surge and this continues or ends up in the truck dying at the stop sign. At stop signs I shift it into neutral in an attempt to keep it running. It appears to be getting gas. I put new plugs, distributor cap, rotor, and a new
ignition module in. It does not run any better after this. I have not replaced the MAP sensor, the computer, or any of the other sensors. I had two Ford mechanics look at it, but they could not pinpoint what the problem was. They replaced the cap and rotor. I put the ignition module in and plugs. The oil on the stick smells a little gassy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
