Ranger XL 2.3L

My emergency brake does not work therefore I can't drive it much at all. I read about a recall for my body style & year & I haven't received any papers on the recall like others have. If there is a recall I need it fixed asap, I have children that ride with me. Thanks, Wendy keltch
