There is a manufacturer'd design defect in emergency brake system. Consumer needs to explain further.

After a snow or a rain parking brake will freeze. Ford service message said that it was a common problem with these trucks. Dealer told consumer that parking brake could not be used when snowing or raining. Consumer feels this is a safety hazard.
