The contact owns a 2000 Ford Ranger. The contact stated the brake lights failed and the vehicle was taken to the dealer. The dealer disconnected the cruise control however, the failure persisted. The contact took the vehicle back to the dealer but he was unable to provide a remedy for the failure. The manufacturer had not yet been contacted. The failure mileage was 86,000 and the current mileage was 90,000. Updated 07/19/10 updated 07/21/10
