broken frame broken frame

Frame is toast with only 130k miles. Body still looks great and well maintained but the frame is a total loss and truck is no longer safe

How could a 10 year old frame just snap??? Ive owned fords most of my life and have never seen this happen. And my insurance company is saying they don't know if they are gonna cover the damage. Ford tough my ass. I'm buying toyotas from now on.
