So I guess the piece that locks the shifter into park is a weak piece of plastic and Ford knows about this issue and I was told by multiple people in the service department at the Ford Dealership that it is common on the Ford Fusion, and they wont even put out a bulletin for it. what a scam... If you know this is going to be an issue for thousands of owners of a certain vehicle at least put out a bulletin, if not a recall. I guess it is OK to make crap parts knowing they will break on the customer just to bring them back in for more revenue.
