The contact owns a 2006 Ford Ranger. The contact stated the rear passengers tire blew. The contact was unable to maintain control of the vehicle and collided into another truck. The driver of the other vehicle lost control from the impact of the contacts vehicle and flipped over. The driver of the second vehicle was killed. A police report was available. The contacts vehicle was examined by a return expert who discovered that the failure was located at the rear passengers side valve stem. The valve stem was manufactured by dill, serial acp032, and model TR413. The manufacturer was contacted. The original equipment information, purchase date, and the vehicle mileage was not available.
