2007 Ford Ranger customer states that there is an violent uncontrollable shaking and shimmy between 45 to 65 mph* the dealer informed the consumer they were aware of the problem, but there was nothing they could. The dealer advised the consumer to contact the manufacturer. The consumer also stated, that ice and snow would build up in the groove of the wheel. The consumer was told that since he lived in a city with severe winter weather, there was nothing they could do.

- the contact stated that the 2007 Ford Ranger continued to have problems while driving 45-60 mph. The vehicle shook uncontrollably. The contact called the dealership, and they informed him that the problem was due to weather. The contact called the manufacturer, they also informed him that the ice build up in the wheels and threw the wheels off balance. The manufacturer told him that the wheels were not manufactured to prevent wheel vibration. Updated 03/30/07.
