Now 18 months later I receive another letter stating parts may be available in the spring 2018. The letter states "do not allow anyone to sit in the first row passenger seat." I contacted the number in the letter and informed them I do not feel safe driving my 2008 Ranger that is similar to the gentleman's truck who died after striking a cow in South Carolina. I was told there is nothing Ford can do. No loaner is available, and if something happened to me while driving Ford would investigate and "take care of it." So if I die they write a check" how much is one human life going for these days? when will you put pressure of Ford to expedite these repairs or provide loaners" I have now lost the use of half of my truck. I cannot let my children, my spouse, my pets, or even my backpack ride in my passenger seat.
