I'm not one to be picky about my truck, but I noticed while washing it that the door on the driver side wasn't aligned. At first I thought this was my imagination but when I checked the passenger side and other Ford Ranger I could see it wasn't
I went to my dealer for which I needed to take an appointment and was told due to the mileage of my truck I would have to pay for them to realign the door. Except for the needed alignment, my truck has no damage. It is obvious this should have been spotted by the dealer at time of sale and they should have corrected it.
I felt like my business wasn't good enough, they didn't even offered a compromise of some sort. The attitude that I got was pay or live with it. If this is the way Ford wants to treat their client, not sure I'll be back with them.
