The contact owns a 2011 Ford Ranger. On several occasions, the driver and passenger door latches failed and the door locks would independently unlock sometimes while in traffic. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be repaired. A unknown dealer was informed of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 102,000. Consumer stated doors would not stay closed. Each door failed 2 weeks apart.
