Ranger

The contact owns a 2011 Ford Ranger. The contact stated that the air condition failed and would not blow cold air. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure was located the at the air conditioner condenser. The dealer advised the contact that there was a hole in the condenser, but the dealer did not know what caused the hole. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The failure and the current mileage was 3,300.
