When I complained about the saggy leather in the seat bottom to a local dealer (not the dealer I bought it from), they were not sure what could be done, and I was told that I should take it back to the dealer where I bought the truck for a warranty claim.

I've used this dealer five times for tsb updates, free oil changes and wheel balancing with no suggestion to return to the dealer where I bought it.

I took my truck to where I bought it. The dealer where I purchased my truck told me to leave it with them until they could determine if it was a warranty claim or not and then wait on the fix if there was one. I suggested why not take pictures and they said the warranty claim adjuster would have to see the truck. I suggested to make an appointment but they said they never know when the claims adjuster comes in.

Totally disgusted with Ford's service managers. I gave up.

Update from Apr 10, 2022: Another warranty issue can up concerning the the Heater Assy, at this time while at the dealer I asked them to look at the saggy leather seats again. They did and I was told "its normal wear, not a warranty issue".

Oddly, not ALL leather seats sag like mine because several owners have mention that their seats still look like new yet several other owners have complained and HAVE gotten their seats replaced. Refer to Ranger5G.com
