While at a McDonald's drive thru with my wife and grandniece waiting for my turn, I put my vehicle in gear to pull up to the intercom and then depressed the brake however the vehicle failed to stop. At a very low speed trying to stop turned hard to my left to avoid hitting the vehicle in front of me, but only stopped when making contact with the left rear bumper of the vehicle in front of me. On 5/22/2024 brought the Vehicle to my local dealership.
Tech stated after several attempts to duplicate the braking issue they could find nothing wrong. It is dangerous.
