While driving, the drive mode changes without input from the driver. I will start in "normal" drive mode and it will switch by itself to another drive mode OR will perpetually rotate through the drive modes. This has happened at highway speeds and switched to 4x4 Low, which could cause an accident, injury and severely damage the drivetrain. This is an intermittent problem and seemed to start when a gateway software update was pushed to the vehicle earlier in 2026. Vehicle is at the dealer now, they seem surprised/perplexed even though there is a significant number of complaints on the web about it.
