1st fuel filler tube assembly fire occurred on 7/16/98, and was replaced with Ford parts by parker's servicecenter, 7544 St joe road, ft wayne in 46835, (219) 485-5032. Second fuel line fire occurred on 2/06/99 which caused total damages to my auto, and I have fire department reports on incident.
