Engine will not shut off when taking the key out of the ignition. Consumer disconnected the coil wire and some fuses to get the engine to shut off. Dealer determined that ignition actuator switch had to be replaced.

When ever the vehicle runs through a puddle of water, the dashboard lights fail and engine completely shuts / cuts off. The vehicle can be instantly started back up by turning the ignition again. Dealer can't find solution.
