While traveling notice brakes were spongy when depressing brakes to slow vehicle down, but vehicle countined to S travel. Consumer put vehicle in park mode, and turned engine off, and vehicle still traveled. Consumer stated that acclerator was stuck.

Vehicle is put into park gear engine will rev up to 3500 - 4000 rpms. Only way to stop this is to turn vehicle off. Also, when traveling down road at any given speed after he taking foot off accelerator, vehicle will accelerate suddenly. Brakes have to be pressed to slow vehicle down, happens randomly as well. Please provide any additional information/attachments.

Place trans in nuetral while in motion and the RPM increases afew hundred RPM the maintains RPM. Application of the brakes decreases RPM proportionatly to mph while in nuetral..dealer says " like it or not that is how it is".

Brake pedal at rest is about 1/2 inch above the gas pedal. If driver puts his put to the right on the brake pedal, the toe of the shoe will also contact the accelerator pedal as the brake pedal is depressed.
