Vehicle was going 70 mph when accelerator pedal fell off, causing the vehicle to lurch forward. Dealer was notified. And was aware of problem. Consumer stated that the cruise control was not on but it engaged on its own.

When pulling into a parking space, gas pedal stuck to floor and vehicle accelerated and took off, consumer hit a car/some trees and a fence. Vehicle rolled over before coming to a stop. Vehicle was a total loss.

Throttle keeps sticking after letting go, and it accelerates up to 1600 rpms. Consumer must step on brakes to stop accelerations.

Vehicle does not slow down when accelerator pedal is released on highway. Car will accelerate when going down hill. This happens with and without cruise control. When cruise is set to 65 mph car will accelreate to 90 mph going down a hill. Dealer says this is part of the design?? have to ride the brakes on the interstate. This is not safe and costly in brake jobs.
