While traveling at 40 mph, consumer states that an animal jump out into the road. Consumer loss control and vehicle flipped. Consumer feels the brake pedal and gas pedal are too close. Ts 02V-266

While pulling into a parking space, consumer states applied the brakes and vehicle took off and hit a couple of cars consumer had to locate brake pedal in order to stop. Consumer states there is a recall for the distance between pedals, 02 V 266 000.
