Consumer states front passenger safety belt will not move. Consumer can not pull from housing. Belt repaired by dlr, but problem still occuring.

Consumer states vehicle was involved in a frontal collision of 35-40 mph and neither air bag deployed. Nlm the vehicle was totalled. The seat belt failed to restrain the driver from hitting the steering wheel during the accident. The driver was injured.
