Intermittent problem with the trunk not opening. Sometimes won't open when using either the trunk release inside the car, or when using the trunk button on the keyless remote. When I push the trunk release, I can hear a 'clunk' from inside the trunk, but it won't open. If I then 'bang' on top of the trunk with the heel of my hand, then it pops open!
