She must pump the pedal repeatedly, but this does not always work. The rotors and pads have been replaced by the dealership. The dealership was unable to diagnose the cause of the problem. The vehicle has been to an independent repair shop, and they too were unable to diagnose the cause of the problem. Also, the contact detected fumes coming from the engine. The vehicle was taken to the same repair shop, and they determined the radiator overflow tank had a crack on the bottom. No repairs have been made.
