The contact owns a 2002 Ford Taurus. The contact stated that while driving between 10-15 mph the front coil spring fractured and punctured the front drivers side tire. The tire and spring combination also fractured the stabilizer bar link and punctured the axle boot. The contact did not take the vehicle to a dealer but made the necessary repairs himself. The manufacturer was contacted but would provide any assistance. The failure mileage was 140,000.
