The vehicle is a rental from hertz. While making a right turn her index finger got caught inside of the steering wheel. Please provide additional information. Dealer notified

Consumer states that the left turn signal has to be held while making a left turn. The manufacturer has been notified. The consumer states that she was in the right hand lane, she wanted to get in the left lane at the stop light to make a left turn. The consumer tried to use the left turn signal and it wouldn't stay on. (had to hold it down with my left hand and turn with the right hand. The shop at the dealer checked it out and stated that this was happening because of the air bag and the chip was moved to the right side of the steering wheel. This is a manufacturers defect that needs to be corrected.
