problem #1

Aug 022011

Taurus SE V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 74,000 miles

Have had serpentine belt replaced for "chirping", then the cam sensor and synchronizer housing. Chirping is gone, now my car rumbles. It also ran out of oil (NEVER had this happen before-oil light did not come on!) and now radiator was empty too. (and heat sensor did not budge) Is it the mechanic, car or both! I am sooo frustrated. Now check engine light is on!
