I removed some fuses to check them, and then put them back. Now my car wont start. When I turn the key on, the theft system light flashes rapidly, and the car will not crank over. There is a rapid clicking noise coming from the air fuel intake area of the engine with the key on as well. I turned the key on, and I ran a jumper wire from the battery to the starter, and the starter cranked the engine, but the car still would not start. I assume that it is not getting fuel.

3 times I have had an issue with starting the car. I have already had the starter and the alternator replaced. The problem has manifested in 2 different ways. Twice when I put the key in the ignition the gauges started jumping a few millimeters repeatedly while making a clicking sound, when I turned the key the lights on the dash lit up but there was no attempt by the engine to turnover. The other thing that happened (the 3rd time) was as soon as I started inserting the key into the ignition the engine immediately started on its own without me turning the key. I was able to turn the key, after the engine was already running, to the ON position and continue driving. I don't know if this "jumping gauge" issue is related to the ignition or possibly a remote starter that came pre-installed on the car?
