The contact owns a 2010 Ford Taurus. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 45 mph, the steering wheel seized. In addition, the traction warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer where it was diagnosed that the ABS and the ad sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 102,000.

The contact owns a 2010 Ford Taurus. While driving unknown speeds, the traction control, low tire pressure, and check steering warning lights illuminated and the power steering stopped working. As a result, the contact lost control of the vehicle and went off road. There were no injuries and a police report was not filed. The dealer stated that the steering column motor might need to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 98,000.
