This problem needs to be fixed by the ford dealership because they already know that the problem exist before releasing the car.

This is a 2013 FORD Taurus and even though it has a lot of miles on it , It in my opinion should not have engine problems . Of course FORD doesn't agree with me because they refused to do anything about the problem ! This is a dangerous problem ! My Wife has had this car go into Limp Mode while there was traffic behind her and could have been killed or seriously injured ! Ford Customer (NON) Service gave me a case number and told me to take it to the dealership in our area to have it fixed and that depending on the cost FORD would give us financial help . The next day the service manager from the dealership called us and said that FORD was denying us any help , But bring your car in and we will see if we can fix it for you . I told him No Thanks We should not have to pay for something that should not have happened in the first place ! And we will never buy another FORD Ever Again !
