Thunderbird LX 5.0L V8

can anyone please help me with my Thunderbird I've done everything to try and solve this problem and can't get any where, I've replaced the injectors, pressure regulator and fuel pump and can't get anywhere with it. I have not fuel pressure , until you crank the motor for about 3 min
