Thunderbird LX 4.6L V8

  • 90,000 miles

I've replaced the gas cap, purge valve, and rubber tubing. Problem is still there, the only thing left is the charcoal canister, but it's too much of a pain in the ass to get to. I just ignore it and clear the code when it pops up. It only pops up about once a week.

Unable to find a OB 2 fault Code to establish a fix from Ford dealerships service dept' or parts dept. A Calif. vehicle OB 2 Fault Code 1443 I have a a code reader and all OB 2 codes start with a 0 them thre digits can not find what a code 1443 is
