Thunderbird Convertible 3.9L

Missed another 2 days of work, 1 day deliver, 1 day pick up. 42 miles each way to dealer. Dealer had car for 3 days. I had the oil change and rotate the tires while it was there. Picked up car @ closing and tried to drive home 42 miles in 2 gear, finally the second day it shifted into 3 never made it to 4 . I'll spend another day off and return it to the dealer, wish me luck.
