The contact owns a 2015 Ford Transit. The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 MPH, the contact discovered that the exterior driver-??s side mirror had detached from the vehicle. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 94,000.
