I’m in the process of purchasing the Van from a mom and pop dealer after already returning another 2015 Ford Transit, that had already had the permanent fix done to the driveshaft/flex coupler and found out it had originally failed and was at a Ford dealership at 80,000 miles for 2 months with multiple repairs after a catastrophic failure, I returned the vehicle, and as I was locked in, worked out a deal to purchase a different van, same year, same make slightly shorter wheelbase, but only on the condition that the drive shaft recall be fixed first by the Ford dealership nearby. Dealership fixed within 2 days, drove down to test drive and got humm, and vibration and "sewing machine" sound at new ujoint area inside van, took back to dealer, they replaced brand new front driveshaft section and ujoint (permanent fix), and seemed to fix. I bought the van, drove 100 miles back to home, and a day later the sound was back and the vibration. Took to the local Ford Dealer to have it re-assessed. Dealerships don't guarantee each other's work. I got Ford customer relations involved. After a month of back and forth Ford fixed the problem, which supposedly turned out to be a missing part on the driveshaft, but not the section that was replaced. Since having driven on the section it ruined the whole driveshaft assembly. This was what Ford paid for in part due to the recall repair causing related damage and a misdiagnosis at the start. Now there is a whole new Driveshaft assembly.
All was going well until:
Yesterday, upon only having driven roughly 50 miles after the repair a new rattling, near to where the driveshaft attached to the rear differential created a very strong rattle and vibration in the rear of the vehicle. It feels exactly like the way the first Van felt after it had had its permanent ujoint fix for 80,000 more miles. Now it seems that this permanent fix is doing it to this van as well, but it takes some time. I don't really know what the problem is, however it would seem that the Ford engineers have not quite gotten the vibration permanent fix figured out and now I see that there is a Technical Service Bulletin for this exact symptom and diagnosis. The issue is that it's not a Recall yet, and would cost me another $2500 to repair, when the whole issue seems to be the original flex coupler and all the dominos that have failed afterwards in terms of vibration issues with the driveshaft. Please help get this a full permanent fix with no vibration as a recall.
Thanks. I know this is super confusing and asking a lot from Ford, but we all wouldn't be in this situation if it wasn't for the flex coupler issue.

This is ridiculous, how hard is it to make a damn working drive shaft? This will be my last Ford vehicle. Between wires breaking in the doors, blower motors, poorly setup blue tooth radio, and now the drive shaft. I can't even get a decent trade in price on it.
